bb733b0204 [ticket/6632] Better viewing of topics for wide screen displays 
Also fixes PHPBB3-6458 "Width of Topics and Posts columns in Board Index is causing problems with language packs" by increasing the size to 90px instead of the ~70 it was like. Also tested on RTL languages.

42e7c8a440 [ticket/7332] Collapse post details content down to a maximum of 300px heigh 
The MCP post details can be difficult to use if the post is particularly long
this change shrinks the post area to a maximum of 300 pixels, like the topic
review, making it easier to access the functions beneath the post content.

20b08e2961 support tabs in code selections (Bug #25445). Still does not solve the strange "4 spaces prefixed on every line" problem in firefox. :/

1b32236b1e hopefully not too late in the game. Checked in new jabber class (the class done by the flyspray project). It would be nice if this could be tested with more servers - jabber.org seems to work fine...

0d7b31e884 added subforum read/unread icons (thanks to thatbitextra for providing them). 
fixed issue with forum passwords only alloweing ASCII in administration while allowing non-ASCII on user-entered passwords

2b020b033d - ok, the move cursor really looks strange while having small images (without thumbnailing) attached. The con here is that users may only notice the "view complete image" feature by accidently clicking on a large image. 
- also try to not capitalize (uppercase is only giving problems sometimes; but able to be solved by translators, capitalize just does not work for some languages)

fc79bc4ed8 Usability enhancement, actually make use of existing, differing CSS classes to style subforum links differently. Am currently "ghetto-ing" it by reusing viewtopic icons within the imageset. Like it or loath it? If the former, will go about getting the imageset update with new appropiate extra mini-icons. :)
