Add Audio attachments category, Audio attachments group.
add most audio supported extensions to the audio group.
presserve audio extensions MIMEtypes.
modify the attachment style file to view the audio attachment in
AUDIO HTML5 tag.

e4b21e5618 re-allow using external API for flash files, whereby restricting internal API calls. This re-allows displaying external flash files (youtube for example)

5de26540b4 fixing some bugs 
changed the way we are handling bookmarks. No order_id required, really! Order by last post time as suggested by BartVB.

42251d008c Prepare to be yelled at and brace for the tide of bug reports: I had hoped we would not have to do this, but it seems that we have to. 
-Route all avatar downloads through download.php - adrien
-Change the way inline attachments are delivered
-Fixes a few (unreported) bugs, notably avatar upload during group generation
