Nils Adermann	5d9aef4794	[task/phing-build] Added a build.xml configuration for phing. ... The current state of the phing build script allowed the removal of some code from the old packaging process written entirely in PHP. Nils Adermann	9487673f9c	Adding the phpBB build script. This is the latest version of the script Meik has been using for releases of phpBB. I've made a few smaller changes to make its output work on the CLI and for it to work when located inside a working directory. Various notices/warnings etc. have been fixed, too.
