6ba50e34d6 - removed useless code from style.php 
- added a view template cache mode to acp_styles
- syntax highlighting for the acp css
- completed refresh actions for themes and templates
- fixed theme and template installation
- use a function for generating database theme data
- removed useless code from mcp_queue.php

we might need to do some more tests of acp_styles with safe_mode on

f83b7e1581 - added the template editor (doesn't use a hardcoded list of template filenames for categorisation anymore) 
- fix some bugs related to storing template files in the database
- allow templates stored in subfolders of the /styles/name/template/ folder

de4299c81c - build explain links a bit different... 
- fix btn_ip reference (it is btn_info now)
- removed sql_report.css (we use the acp css)
- updated the sql report layout
