Gave style details page a proper heading and back button.
Also removed a few obsolete code leftovers in the style
and CSS.

The bulk of database storage of templates is removed, rendering template
stored in the database as useless.
Theme database storage is reduced to a skeleton for full removal soon.

- allow cancelling search index creation/removal
