Bruno Ais 1f9eaa1c56 [ticket/10601] Cosmetic code changes 
- Removed the double line before the addition
- Moved the condition of the WHERE so that both are in the same line
- Removed TABs from the black lines
- Used double quotes instead of escaped single quotes.

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES

To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.

cd phpBB
php ../composer.phar install --dev

CONTRIBUTE

  1. Create an account on phpBB.com
  2. Create a ticket (unless there already is one)
  3. Read our Git Contribution Guidelines; if you're new to git, also read the introduction guide
  4. Send us a pull request

AUTOMATED TESTING
