Matt Friedman 2ae6f216f6 [ticket/11966] Add header navigation template events to Subsilver2 
Add the overall_header_navigation_append / prepend template events
used in Prosilver to subsilver2 as well. This will allow extensions to
add Nav Links to Subsilver2.

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES

To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.

cd phpBB
php ../composer.phar install --dev

CONTRIBUTE

  1. Create an account on phpBB.com
  2. Create a ticket (unless there already is one)
  3. Read our Git Contribution Guidelines; if you're new to git, also read the introduction guide
  4. Send us a pull request

AUTOMATED TESTING
