Meik Sievertsen b30abf821f Introduce new Changelog tag to indicate security related fixes which are there to prevent something which may be security wise borderline or being used to circumvent security. So, [Sec] is for those fixes for real exploits/vulnerabilities and [Sec Precaution] for those fixes which can be counted to the *Component* Security.
