Marc Alexander e7d9cfa009 [ticket/11398] Correctly call permission_set method in permission tool 
The permission_set method calls itself inside the permission tool.
Probably due to an oversight, it is called as $this->set(), which causes a
fatal error. This patch will get rid of this issue.

INSTALLING DEPENDENCIES

To be able to run an installation from the repo (and not from a pre-built package) you need to run the following commands to install phpBB's dependencies.

cd phpBB
php ../composer.phar install --dev

CONTRIBUTE

  1. Create an account on phpBB.com
  2. Create a ticket (unless there already is one)
  3. Read our Git Contribution Guidelines; if you're new to git, also read the introduction guide
  4. Send us a pull request
